Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Not be damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need an exchange, please contact us as soon as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
